Managing low mood - Monday 26th January, 11am

Join us for a supportive session to explore ways of understanding and managing low mood. Learn practical tips, simple coping strategies and when to seek further support. A safe space to gain confidence, build resilience and support your emotional wellbeing. This session will be delivered by Healthwatch Islington.
