Alda's Story
“I grew in confidence and independence and found I could share my new skills with my children. The digital Skills drop in sessions helped me to understand the loans I was paying every month and the benefits I was entitled to and how to access my Universal credit account to check my monthly payments and communicate with my work coach. Thank you Arachne for offering us these sessions free of charge and for organising everything for us!” Alda, aged 25, Islington.
