How to leave a legacy
There are a number of ways you could leave a legacy gift to Arachne Women’s Support in your will and it is easier than you might think. Below are the most common types of gifts and suggested wording to include in your will:
A residuary gift: What is left after any specific or monetary gifts have been made from the estate and all expenses and taxes have been paid.
A cash gift: A specific amount of money bequeathed to an individual or organisation.
A gift in kind: An alternative to a gift of money, where a product or service is given directly.
In the wording of a trust: A specified sum of money left in a trust fund to be given to a charity.
