Arachne Support

Nicky's Story

“I cannot thank you enough for your advice, help and support. You are all amazing people at Arachne. Without Arachne we wouldn’t be able to survive as we did not know how to navigate the system and entitlements.” Nicky, aged 58, from Islington

Nicky approached Arachne for some advice and support around caring for her mother. She needed help, as the family were facing some financial difficulties.

During a welfare advice appointment, it was identified that Nicky had some health issues. It was explained to Nicky that Arachne could assist her in applying for Personal Independent Payment. Nicky was successfully awarded the PIP.
